What do you want to achieve?

In your dream, how do you see yourself? What are your key qualities? Where are you living? How are you spending your day?

These questions are some pretty toughy’s.

However, say you see yourself being a CEO - you need desk space and an easy commute to your office, life will probably be quite hectic so a calming interior for you to rejuvenate in at home, with clear zones for relaxing, working, and all these spaces organised, but with items that bring you joy to reduce headaches, a separate space to workout in to help you decompress in the morning and get your head in the zone for a busy day ahead, you could probably have a great wardrobe full of power dressing outfits, but clothing easily placed together so you don’t have to spend too much time thinking about what to wear. You’d also probably have a separate room for your favourite hobby such as crafting, gaming, a cinema room or bar so that you can chill at the weekends and have your own space. You’d probably have a chef cooking you nutritious meals and go on fab holidays to decompress or continue your adrenaline junkie inner self

Now most of you are probably thinking, that’s great but how do I get there?

You have to put your mindset into that of a CEO

What are the routines you would do as a CEO? Get up, read, workout, have breakfast, check emails, go to work. You’d likely meditate, carve out time to learn something each day, perhaps set priorities for your day ahead and in the evening reflect on your key wins and what you hope to aim for the next day

A lot of life isn’t about a huge step change, it’s about the little things compounding to make yourself great

A lot of us can do these things your future-self CEO will do. However, the right environment is key to achieving these goals. You won’t get up and workout if can’t find your workout gear in your floordrobe. It’s really had to work if you haven’t got a set working space that you can then compartmentalise once the working day is done. It’s hard to be mindful and optimise your wellness without lots of natural light

You really need to think about how can you create this optimum environment for you, once you’ve identified your dream, think about what are the little habits you want to do daily to help you get there and how canyon then optimise your space and lifestyle to get there.
